National Capital Band Releases New Recording

Cobb Appointed Music Director for UK and Ireland
Stephen Cobb, the bandmaster of the International Staff Band, has been appointed Territorial Music Director of the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland, effective 2 April 2001.
