The brass band news web site 4barsrest.com has reported that Lieutenant-Colonel (R) Ray Bowes was promoted to Glory on Saturday, 13 February 2010. Michael Whybrow, Band Secretary at Norwich Citadel, has announced that Ray Todd has retired from the Norwich Citadel Band, completing 57 years of service as a Salvation Army bandsman.
