Birmingham Citadel Returns to Tamworth

For a third year the Birmingham Citadel Band (Bandmaster Gavin Lamplough) returned to Tamworth to play at Coton Green Church on 5 October 2011. The band is always well-received in the modern and purpose-built Evangelical Church and was delighted to return for the 2011 season.   Read more

ASB Weekend in Goes

On the weekend of 24 – 25 September 2011, the Amsterdam Staff Band (Bandmaster Olaf J. Ritman) visited the Goes Corps. The weekend included the opening of a new Salvation Army center in St. Maartensdijk and an evening concert and Sunday worship at Goes Corps.  Read more

Norwich Citadel Band (Bandmaster Richard Woodrow) celebrated its 129th anniversary on the weekend of 17 - 18 September 2011. Special guests for the weekend were the Hendon Band, under the direction of Bandmaster David Rudd.  Read more

An Evening with Ray Steadman-Allen

Maidstone Citadel Corps was the venue for the eagerly awaited "Evening with Lt.-Colonel Ray Steadman-Allen O.F.", which took place on 17 September 2011. Featured guests included Brett Baker (principal trombone, Black Dyke Band), Chatham Songsters (Songster Leader Adrian Horwood) and the South London Fellowship Band (Bandmaster Major George Whittingham).  Read more
