On Saturday, 24 October 2015, Heritage Brass (Bandmaster Bob Gray) gave its annual concert. An excellent program of music was enjoyed by the people gathered at Etobicoke Temple. Guest soloists for the evening were Lynn Janes (vocal) and Bill Way (piano).

ASB Weekend in Lelystad
On the last weekend of October 2015, the Amsterdam Staff Band (Bandmaster Olaf Ritman) visited the corps in Lelystad for a ministry weekend. The weekend included an outdoor concert at the town hall, a worship service at the corps on Sunday morning, and two concerts.
Regionals 2016

NYSB Weekend in New England
The weekend of 16 – 18 October 2015 found the New York Staff Band (Bandmaster Ronald Waiksnoris) on its first ministry weekend of the 2015 – 2016 season. They were privileged to be in Massachusetts for three days and minister in various ways.
Belfast Temple and Downshire Brass Combined Anniversary Festival
125 years of banding at Belfast Temple (formerly Ballymacarrett Montpottinger) and 25 years of Downshire Brass (formed from an amalgamation of Reid Memorial Silver Band and Hillsborough Silver Band) were celebrated on 10 October 2015 as Belfast Temple Band (Bandmaster Jack Burch) joined with Downshire Brass (Musical Director Michael Alcorn), vocal soloist Megan McBride and compère Dr. Joe McKee OBE for a concert of celebration through music.
The Adventurers
The repertoire contained on this recording primarily highlights new works by the rising generation of Salvation Army composers within the United Kingdom. Some of the works recorded here were featured in the band’s recent endeavors, including the Boundless International Congress in the summer of 2015 and their tour of Australia in October of the same year.

March Prelude – On This Day
Premiered at the Profile 36 concert in New York in March 2015, this work by Irish composer David Catherwood features the hymn “How firm a foundation” (St. Denio) along with original themes.
Fellowship Band Concludes Season at Horsham
Saturday, 3 October 2015 was the date of the last concert of a very busy season for the South London Fellowship Band (Bandmaster Darrell Scholes). The setting was the Salvation Army hall in Horsham, which, although small, gave ample opportunity for the Fellowship Band to display its versatility and control in style and substance.
