The Chicago Staff Band (Bandmaster William Himes) traveled to South Bend, Indiana, on the weekend of 28 – 29 January 2012 to participate in the grand opening of the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center.  Read more

Gravesend Hall Reopens with Fellowship Band Festival

The Salvation Army hall in Gravesend was reopened on Friday, 4 November 2005, following a renovation. The occasion was marked with a musical festival by the South London Fellowship Band (conducted by Major George Whittingham)  Read more

New Centre Dedicated in Coventry

The Salvation Army opened fire in Coventry in January, 1878. Since that time, the Coventry City Corps has remained a stronghold in the work. The Corps has recently completed construction on a new hall, which was formally dedicated on 2 July 2005.  Read more
