The ISB (Bandmaster Dr. Stephen Cobb) began rehearsals for the new season on 5 September 2018. The band welcomed some new members, acknowledged the service of departing members, and welcomed visitor and former member Major George Whittingham.

Christmas Collection
Christmas Collection is a newly revised carol book with original, additional, and rearranged carols from New Christmas Praise as well as ten extended pieces. This recording features some of the available carols, performed by the International Staff Band and Black Dyke Band.
Fusion at Regent Hall
The title of the program at Regent Hall Corps on 25 March 2017 was Fusion, one of many hints that the International Staff Band (Bandmaster Dr. Stephen Cobb) would be seen as never before. But no one could have been prepared for the wealth of music – traditional and contemporary, brass and vocal, played by musicians young and old.
Music with a Message for Christmas Day
On Christmas Day, the BBC Radio show Sounds of Brass, hosted by Phillip Hunt, will feature “Music with a Message” from the International Staff Band (Bandmaster Dr. Stephen Cobb). The program will include items from the ISB’s latest Christmas recording, Celebrate the Season! and will also feature a personal message for the listeners from the Staff Bandmaster.

The Adventurers
The repertoire contained on this recording primarily highlights new works by the rising generation of Salvation Army composers within the United Kingdom. Some of the works recorded here were featured in the band’s recent endeavors, including the Boundless International Congress in the summer of 2015 and their tour of Australia in October of the same year.

Concert in Luton
The Birmingham Citadel Band (Bandmaster Gavin Lamplough) made the trip to Luton for the first time on 20 September 2014. The band was there to play a concert in the modern suite of buildings at the Luton Corps of the Salvation Army.
Heritage Series Volume 6 – Music from the 1980s
The sixth installment in the International Staff Band’s series of Heritage recordings, this two-disc set includes a disc of new recordings and a disc of previous recordings, focusing on Salvation Army band music of the 1980s.
