Following their Pre-Contest Festival the previous Friday evening, Enfield Citadel Band were back at Enfield Citadel on Sunday, 9 October 2016 for the traditional Band Sunday. The meeting was lead by Enfield Citadel commanding officer Major Andrew Gaudion, with the theme “Thanking God for Music”.

Farr Featured at 2016 Pre-Contest Festival
For the 70th time, Enfield Citadel Band presented a Pre-Contest Festival before the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain. This year’s concert was held at St. Pancras Church. The guest soloist was tenor horn virtuoso Owen Farr. The band was conducted by Iain Parkhouse of Croydon Citadel, who graciously stepped in after the recent departure of former bandmaster Jonathan Corry for a new appointment in the United States.
Cobb Featured in Pre-Contest Festival
On 10 October 2014, the Enfield Citadel Band (Bandmaster Jonathan Corry) presented its 68th annual Pre-Contest Festival. Guest soloist for this year’s concert was Philip Cobb, principal trumpet of the London Symphony Orchestra. The event, which was compèred by Paul Hindmarsh, was also a tribute to retired Bandmaster James Williams MBE, celebrating his 70 years of association with Enfield Citadel Band.

For the 66th consecutive year, the Enfield Citadel Band (Bandmaster Jonathan Corry) presented a Pre-Contest Festival. Held on 19 October 2012, at St. John’s, Smith Square, London, the concert featured guest soloist David Childs.
100th Birthday Celebration
A capacity audience attended an evening of music commemorating the 100th birthday of Lt.-Colonel Eileen Thomas on 21 April 2012 at Royal Tunbridge Wells Corps. The surprise event was supported by the South London Fellowship Band (Bandmaster Major George Whittingham).
Enfield and LCFB Joint Concert
A near capacity audience greeted the London Central Fellowship Band (Bandmaster David Daws) and the Enfield Citadel Band (Bandmaster Jonathan Corry) for a joint concert at Ispwich Citadel on 21 April 2012.

Fifty members and chaperones of the National Capital & Virginia Division’s Youth Band and Timbrels (DYB) gathered at Camp Happyland, near Culpeper, Virginia, on the evening of Wednesday, 23 March 2005 to begin a five-day journey through the Deep South.
Enfield and Chelmsford Combine for Christmas Spectacular
A full house greeted the Enfield Citadel Band (Bandmaster James Williams MBE) and the Chelmsford Citadel Songsters (Songster Leader Joanne Schultz) at Christchurch in Chelmsford on the occasion of their Christmas Spectacular held on 11 December 2004.
