NYSB Featured at Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival

As their first offical engagement of 2015, on 21 February 2015, the New York Staff Band (Bandmaster Ronald Waiksnoris) ventured to southern New Jersey fo the annual Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival. The Staff Band was featured as the special guest band for the event, held on the campus of Rowan University in Glassboro.

Evans and Farr at Cornwall Youth Residential Course

Hayward Headlines Ten Days of Music in Jamaica

Bandmaster Kevin Hayward, Assistant Territorial Music Director for the Canada and Bermuda Territory, traveled to Jamaica on 17 January 2002. Bandmaster Hayward was invited to the island to conduct the first retreat held by the Caribbean Staff Band (Bandmaster Steve Diaz), hold brass clinics and rehearsals with Jamaican musicians, and perform in several concerts.

NYSB Massachusetts Ministry Weekend

On the weekend of 16 – 18 November 2018, the New York Staff Band (Bandmaster Derek Lance) traveled to the Massachusetts Division for a ministry weekend that included stops in Worcester, Canton, Boston, and Brockton. Brass for GOSH Launched

The London Central Fellowship Band (Bandmaster David Rudd) launched their latest recording with a concert at Regent Hall on 17 November 2018. Just under 300 people were in attendance for a fantastic night of music-making, raising funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Charity. All of the profits realized by Citadel Promotions, the producers, will benefit the hospital charity, leading to the title of the recording, Brass for GOSH. Read more
