Birmingham Citadel Open Rehearsal
Birmingham Citadel Band (Bandmaster Gavin Lamplough) held its first open rehearsal of 2014 on Thursday, 13 March 2014. Over 80 musicians gathered for the twice-yearly “rehearsal with a difference”.
Regent Hall Supports Carol Concert
On Monday evening, 25 November 2013, Regent Hall Band participated in the Salvation Army’s Annual Carol Concert at Royal Albert Hall. Other participants included the International Staff Songsters, vocalist Lee Mead, a timbrel brigade combining performers from Staines and Regent Hall, actress Hannah Gordon, worship group Takasa (whose eldest member is 95) and celebrity chef Brian Turner (a former Salvationist).

Memorable Remembrance Weekend for Regent Hall
Remembrance Weekend, 9 – 10 November 2013, was a memorable one at Regent Hall Corps. In addition to the long-anticipated visit of the Sunderland Millfield Songsters (Songster Leader Peter Laing), the weekend also featured the annual march to the National Cenotaph in Whitehall.
Ministry Weekend at Cambridge
The International Staff Band (Bandmaster Dr. Stephen Cobb) was in Cambridge for a ministry weekend, 27 – 28 April 2013, including a Saturday evening concert at the world-renowned Tattersall’s Sale Ring and Sunday services at Cambridge Citadel.
